Receptionist -cosmetic Dermatology

**Full Time Experienced Medical/Cosmetic Receptionist - Cosmetic Dermatology**

**We are looking for a dynamic, personable and goal orientated Medical/Cosmetic Receptionist to join our amazing team.**

**-Have a strong interest in the field of dermatology**

**-Experience using an EMR. We use HealthQuest**

**-Role is primarily checking in patients and booking patients, intake/consent forms, cleaning/prepping laser rooms, answering patient questions over the phone and in person, monthly inventory, assisting product specialists and laser technicians, data entry.**

**-Be a team player, have exceptional customer service, communication and phone skills.**

**-Have a positive, outgoing personality**

**-Be solution orientated**

**-Exceptional attention to detail**

**-Experience working in a busy dermatology or plastic surgery office**

**-Be able to work Monday through Friday. Starting as early as 7:30 am. There will be evenings and weekend work for training and clinic events.**

**-Group benefits are available after 3 months of successful employment.**
