**Duties and Responsibilities**

Marketing (60%)
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identify and execute improvements on processes, content, and lead generation.
- Assist the management in improving and enhancing customer touchpoints and communication channels.
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
- Manage the Social Media Calendar and schedule content across all social media channels.
- Create successful and compelling social media campaigns that will generate sales or leads.
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensure all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
- Manage the company CMS and update content as and when required.
- Establish and evaluate the marketing plans and strategies by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars, to support the Marketing roadmap.
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing sales data.
- Manage client reviews on various platforms and assist with direction for online reputation management.
- Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with the graphics department, inventorying stock, and placing orders.
- Continually seek, research and analyze new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
- Create product labels for in-house product samples.
- Organize and host Marketing events in accordance with the Marketing roadmap.
- Research and qualify potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources (i.e., cold calling, research B2B database, etc.).
- Manage customer surveys and survey responses.

Customer Service (40%)
- Manage customer related inquiries to increase and support our customer satisfaction goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experience.
- Interact with customers across all internal/external communication channels to provide information on products and services. (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok)
- Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems or concerns.
- Update and maintain customer accounts and record of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Gain knowledge of products and services to answer inquiries or forward to the appropriate staff.
- Inbound/outbound calls to offer our services and product specials (incentivized warm calling).
- Handling buyer’s remorse inquiries.
- Conduct post-sale service surveys.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2-year experience in Marketing.
- Knowledge of traditional, digital, content and social media marketing.
- Strong leadership and self-awareness skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent Customer Service etiquette.
- Experience with researching and using data analytics software.
- Experience with Content Creation Tools (i.e., Canva, Grammarly and Miro).
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools would be an asset.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting would be as asset.
