Radiologist

The Island Health Department of Medical Imaging in Duncan is seeking a fulltime Radiologist** **for the Cowichan District Hospital (CDH). With a new hospital planned to open in 2027, and expansion of radiologic services, this position provides a unique and exciting opportunity to participate in designing and optimizing both a hospital and imaging department.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work harmoniously with and contribute to a small group practice of 7 radiologists.
- MRI or MSK would be an asset.
- Willingness to share in administrative roles and future leadership of the group.
- Interest in living in the local island community.
- Training in or a willingness to train in CT Cardiac Coronary Angiography and CT Colonography.
- Preference for lifestyle based practice, with abundant vacation time and flexibility, but willingness to increase workload as needed.
