Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

Location(s): Toronto, Sackville

You will represent and coordinate project business readiness tasks for the Customer Enablement, Field Services and Customer Experience teams on assigned projects including corporate and non-corporate projects. You will identify scope for assigned initiatives within Operations and perform assessments on the impact of changes including the best approach for implementation. You will anticipate and seek to overcome implementation obstacles to maintain project schedules, interfaces and co-ordinates with departments within the company to achieve the defined project goals. You will report to the Manager, Project Management.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do- End-to-end accountability for successful project delivery, including technology and business readiness deliverables and change management activities- Operations Project Governance: Collect information for operations review and ensure full visibility and feasibility across the business teams- Communicate project vision and objectives, with stakeholders to achieve these goals- Lead project teams in achieving project success; facilitate problem solving efforts to reduce defects, improve customer satisfaction, manage end user impact, reduce cost and increase project efficiency- Support feasibility studies, analysis and documentation of data and processes and provide estimates of work effort and duration for medium sized projects- Contribute to the success of the Operational Projects, for example, by leading continuous improvement projects and providing leadership and guidance to Associate Project Managers on the team- Deliver on operational frameworks and change readiness in an agile environment

Must-have...- 5 years of experience in a project management capacity- Experience in process improvement or business consulting is a great asset- Strong analytical skills with an ability to fit issues in with corporate goals and priorities- Able to drive consensus among multiple stakeholders and be able to influence- An appreciation of end-user requirements, specifically the ability to see the big picture and understand the need of all stakeholders- Project Management Institute, PMP Certification or equivalent is considered a strong asset- Agile Certification or equivalent is considered a strong asset- Change Management Certification is considered a strong asset
