Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sign Manufacturer to join our team. As a Sign Manufacturer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality signs and graphics for various purposes. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, creativity, and the ability to work with different materials and tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate and assemble signs according to design specifications
- Operate and maintain sign-making equipment, such as vinyl cutters, plotters, and printers
- Ensure accurate color matching and quality control throughout the production process
- Collaborate with the design team to review artwork and provide input on feasibility and production requirements
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies needed for sign production
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sign manufacturing or related field preferred
- Proficient in using sign-making equipment and software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Knowledge of different sign materials, adhesives, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret design specifications
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
