Greenhouse Host

**Job Summary**

We're seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our "Greenhouse Host" team, both full-time and part-time positions available Must be available to work evenings, weekend, and have open availability.

As a Greenhouse Host, you'll be the face of Salisbury and the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll welcome them with open arms and a "green thumb's up," sharing your knowledge of the greenhouse and providing them with the ultimate experience.

We're looking for someone who has a natural ability to connect with others and provide exceptional customer service. You'll be a pro at building rapport with customers and making them feel at home in our greenhouse. As a Greenhouse Host, you'll also have a passion for all things plants and be able to share basic knowledge with customers when needed.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly smile as they enter the greenhouse
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and helping customers find the products they need
- Stay up-to-date on all current promotions and sales
- Assist with plant care and maintenance as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment
- A passion for plants and gardening
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of plants, gardening, and growing considered an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
