**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through inside sales efforts.
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, terms, and conditions.
- Provide ongoing customer service support to existing clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Stay informed about market trends and changes in the insurance industry to better serve clients.
**Requirements**:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze information and provide sound recommendations based on client needs.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes is beneficial.
- A valid insurance license will be required, on job training can be provided.
