**What you'll be doing**:

- Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities
- Manage relationship and increase sales of existing accounts
- Collaborate with team members to reach sales goals
- Develop and execute on a sales plan focused on growing renew targets
- Establishing relationships with centres of influence e.g. real estate agents, mortgage brokers, dealers and etc.

**What will make you successful**:

- 3 Years of Insurance & Sales experience
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals and driving team success
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm to help clients protect their properties and their families
- Ability to multi-task to complete daily activities
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Ability to use computer software and ease with communication technology
- Property & Casualty license & LLQP License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Insurance sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- OTL / RIBO licence (preferred)
- LLQP licence (preferred)
