**The opportunity**:
The Maintenance Technician Level 2 is a part of a building operations team and will assist in performing assigned duties related to the maintenance and repair activities within a retail mall or complex of buildings. The Maintenance Technician Level 2 may be sole operator of a building of modest size and level complexity as it relates to building systems and tenant demands.

**What you will do**:

- Scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Unscheduled maintenance.
- Occupational health and safety.
- Interact with Tenants.
- Management of hazardous materials.
- Lighting and plumbing.
- Roof maintenance.
- Housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, snow shoveling, pressure washing, window washing and other related duties.
- The Maintenance Technician Level 2 requires a reasonably broad base of skills, attributes, and knowledge
- Simple administrative skills and ensure operations records, files and documentation are maintained accurately, timely and in accordance with established procedures.

- **Technical Qualifications** - work experience in commercial / retail building operations an asset but not a requirement.
- **IT Skills** - Entry level use of Microsoft Office
