Over the past few years, we have invested millions of dollars in new molding presses, automation, robotics, and vision systems to assure quality, increase capacity, and add new capabilities.

**Quality Auditor - Skill Requirements**:

- Must have 1 - 2 years of plastics injection experience.
- Ability to read and write the English language.
- Good hand and eye coordination
- Basic Math skills
- Good communication skills
- Organizational skills

**Job Duties**:

- Assist supervisors at the start of a shift in assignment and training of operators
- Support providing operators with materials necessary to perform the job. (Packaging, components, etc.)
- Production reporting, check and verify operators are completing correctly
- Set-up/Remove fixtures
- Assist with packaging at machines
- Make sure Work Instruction book, Job Box and/or fixtures are at the press for startup. Remove Work Instruction book, Job Box and/or fixtures on press shut down.
- Follow all Job Instructions in written and/or verbal form
- Perform First Off, Last Off and Work in Process Inspection procedures and documentation (ex. color reading, weights, attribute gauging)
- Provide training for operators on acceptable quality for parts
- Support training necessary production staff on scanner, label, and tablet procedure
- Review parts at every press and document findings, in process inspection
- Complete audits of finished goods at each press and identify with QC Approved stickers
- Complete gauging using fixtures where applicable and document findings
- Follow job setup, and work instructions
- Ensure job books are updated and organized efficiently
- Provide relief for machine operators so they can go on their required breaks
- Place suspect product on hold, following proper procedures
- Perform online and offline inspections on necessary parts
- Participate with 5S and corrective actions
- Communicate with other Quality Control Staff between shifts
- Notify QC Supervisor/Engineer/Manager of any major quality concerns
- Verify work instructions available at presses, notify QC Manager/QC Engineer if any updates are required (reprint pages missing, corrections, etc.)
- Must comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and all company policies
- Other duties as required

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
