iFLY is looking for Flight Instructors to join our team Flight instructors are the heartbeat of our tunnels. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals who will promote the sport of body flight through careful instruction to ensure each customer receives a safe and enjoyable iFLY experience.

**Regular duties include both front desk responsibilities **_**and **_**instructor responsibilities**:

- **Instructing**_
- Coach and encourage novice and advanced flyers of all ages and sizes, and with visible and non-visible disabilities.
- Operate the wind-speed controls of the wind tunnel.
- Capture photos of customers in-flight.
- Promote iFLY products and services, including return flyer vouchers, additional flight rotations, and media.
- Maintain cleanliness within the tunnel.
- Support the greater tunnel team with miscellaneous tasks when needed.
- **Customer service**_
- Greeting customers with a positive and friendly attitude, getting them excited about the experience, and assisting them with their reservation in a timely and effective manner.
- Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about our other services, and clarifying the concept of our unique product.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and speaking with articulation during face-to-face or phone interactions with potential customers.
- Ability to multi-task while attending to high volumes of phone calls and customers in tunnel. Answering phones, processing new reservations, and re-scheduling existing reservations.
- Sales and up-selling. Recommending different product upgrades that best fit the customer’s needs.
- Resolving product/service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, selecting the best solution to solve the problem, expediting the correction and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintaining customer’s financial accounts and correctly processing payments.
- Ensure customers safety throughout their time in the wind-tunnel.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
- Must be able to travel within Canada for approximately 4 weeks of training.
- Must have availability for 32-44 hours per week. Because this position requires ongoing training to maintain currency and safety standards, **part-time and temporary applicants will **_**not **_**be considered.**:

- Eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Ability to supply a background check.

**Skills**:

- A background in sports, physical education, or personal training is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.75 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
