Description du poste

L'artiste FX produira divers effets abstraits et photoréalistes et des simulations physiquement précises, garantissant le respect des normes de qualité élevées de Rodeo FX.
**Principales responsabilités**:

- Produisez diverses simulations photoréalistes de fumée, de nuages, de poussière, d'explosions, d'incendies et d'eau ;
- Créez des simulations de corps organiques et rigides, des particules et des fluides ;
- Créer des effets visuels abstraits en utilisant diverses méthodes pour correspondre à un concept ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les superviseurs CG et FX pour trouver des solutions et des approches créatives et techniques qui améliorent les prises de vue, tout en respectant les spécifications et les délais du projet ;
- Peut participer au développement d'outils et de techniques pour le département;
- Effectuer un contrôle qualité sur les plans avant qu'ils ne soient soumis pour examen/approbation, en veillant à ce que toutes les normes techniques et créatives soient respectées, et appliquer rapidement les notes reçues ;
- Tenir la production et l'équipe de projet informés de l'état des travaux, des problèmes à résoudre, des ramifications des problèmes rencontrés et recommander des solutions potentielles ;
- S'assurer que les délais sont respectés, en avisant rapidement l'équipe de projet si des retards sont à prévoir.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience dans un poste similaire, au sein de l'industrie VFX;
- Excellente compréhension du procéduralisme et connaissance de SideFX Houdini (sop, flip, pyro, rbd, vellum);
- Bonne connaissance de Nuke et Arnold;
- Bon sens de la physique et du timing;
- Excellent sens de la priorisation et du respect des délais.
