**What’s Jimmies?**
Jimmies is a physical training centre aimed at fostering sustained quality of life and autonomy. Through careful assessment and coaching in a welcoming environment, we help 50-70 year-olds increase mobility and strength, alleviate pain symptoms, and maintain or regain faith in their bodies.

**What Are We Looking For?**
A physical trainer who is great with people, caring, and has sound and up-to-date training methods. Our trainers need to enjoy working as part of a team and willing to follow and contribute to the Jimmies training method. We are looking for a new coach who can work approximately 3-4 hours per week in the evening.

Estimated Hours:

- Mon. 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM
- Wed 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
- Thurs. 5:45 PM - 6:45PM
- Possibility to work Sunday mornings as well

Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Program for and lead personal training sessions for 1-3 clients at a time.
- Program and lead strength and conditioning group classes
- Keep training area and equipment clean and organised
- Attend team meetings and open to speaking to clients’ physios or other medical professionals

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience personal training and giving group classes
- Strength Coach or personal training certification (ideally CFSC certification)
- Bachelor: Kinesiology or Athletic Therapy or in other related field

- Willingness to listen to clients and adapt sessions accordingly
- Team player and life-long-learner mindset
- English & French (spoken)

**Job Types**: Freelance, Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 per week
