Painter/Laborer Job Description:
**Duties**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and sanding surfaces
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and use protective gear when working with paints and chemicals
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed, such as moving materials or cleaning work areas

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a painter or laborer is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
