As a **Clinical Veterinarian** for our team located in **Laval**, you will be responsible for the well-being of our quarantine laboratory animals. Your contribution will ensure the health of our animals, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.
In this role, key **responsibilities** may include:

- Provide optimal medical care, diagnosis, and treatments as per accepted veterinary practices
- Provide professional expertise for guidance on procedures and techniques involving animals
- Review and optimize animal monitoring and SOPs related to animal care
- Be a member of our animal ethic committee and lend your expertise to evaluate all procedures performed on animals before studies begin

**Key Elements**
We are looking for the following** **minimum** qualifications** for this role:

- Valid OMVQ licence or equivalent
- Able to work physically (lift up to 20 kg, walk, stand, stoop, etc.)
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
- Please note that upon being hired, you will have to undergo an annual tuberculosis test at the expense of the company._

**Role Specific Information**:

- Location: Laval (Boul. des Prairies) / Free parking
- Annual bonus based on performance
- Schedule: Mostly daytime Monday to Friday. Depending on the needs, you will have to do evening, night, and weekend rotation on call.
- Permanent, full-time position as of the hiring
