- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Processes employee expense claims
- Responsible for payments of overhead expenses
- Responsible for bank deposits
- Prepares bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assists with the preparation of weekly cash flow forecasts
- Assists with month-end accounting duties
- Performs regular project profitability analysis on all Company projects and divisions
- Processes foreign exchange transactions
- Processes inter-company transactions and reconciliations
- Prepares and files various regulatory requirements (i.e., HST, T4’s, WSIB, EHT, etc.)
- Assists with preparation of annual budget and monitors budget monthly
- Assists with the preparation of year-end files for the external accountant
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently and effectively with simultaneous deadlines
- Ability to possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining confidential information of all company matters
- **Required Qualifications**:_
- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Accounting or a related field
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a related position
- Working knowledge and understanding of accounting and financial reporting, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- CPA Designation in process is an asset
