Sourcing Clerk

**Job Summary**:
The sourcing team is looking for Sourcing Clerk to be responsible for receiving, sending, logging and distributing packages in the quickest and most organized way, so that all of the teams have confidence that they are receiving and sending items to vendors in the most efficiently to meet target deadlines.

You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Receive and distribute all parcels
- Log E-commerce and visual samples
- Prepare and send parcels out
- Request, follow-up and log Influencer Samples
- Support the sourcing team with additional projects.

**Qualifications**:

- DEC in Fashion Design or Fashion Marketing (asset)
- 1 to 2 years experience in Import/Production (apparel industry)
- Detailed oriented, self-motivated
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) skills
- Sound judgment and a good understanding of the apparel industry
- Bilingual, English & French
