Key Holder Budtender

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy individual to join our team Reporting to the Store Manager - the key holders job focuses on creating the best possible experience for the customers.

You understand customer service and ask great questions to uncover customer intentions offering a personalized shopping experience & creating authentic relationships with our customers. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for learning and are eager to learn more about the products in this developing market, and who can encompass our brand both inside and outside of the store. You are a curious, responsible, good person who ensures the success of the business by imparting cannabis wisdom, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Team members must exude a professional, positive, and welcoming attitude at all times.

Key Holder responsibilities include opening and closing the store including all preparation & counting cash. **Must be available to work weekends**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 19 years old
- Able to lift boxes 5-30lbs
- Able to operate ramp at entrance
- CannSell certification required (must be obtained prior to work commencement)
- Criminal Background check required
- Competently checking IDs from every customer 25 and under
- Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience preferable in a retail setting.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experience that builds loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and responsibility, adhering to all AGCO regulatory requirements and company policies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passionate about the cannabis industry with a desire to learn
- Professional, tidy appearance and good personal hygiene
- Ability to develop meaningful connections through creating relationships in the community with customers and peers based on a foundation of trust and teamwork
- Must be flexible with hours and comfortable with change in a fast-paced industry
- You are trustworthy and customer-oriented
- You are open to feedback and coaching
- Merchandizing/Social Media skills an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office an asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
