Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Food Service Associate to join our team. As a Food Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) system to process customer orders and payments
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring food expiration dates
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Basic understanding of restaurant management principles
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
