New Gen is based on support, with individuals sharing their existing knowledge and reaching out for help when needed. We work on a wide range of tasks, from simple repairs to intricate problem solutions, so no day is the same. Wages will be determined by experience and job knowledge. Apprentices in their third or fourth year are encouraged to apply; we need somebody to start right away.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A minimum of 2-5 years construction related experience
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record (driving abstract will be required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Well organized, Neat and detail oriented
- Prompt, Reliable and Dependable
- Commercial Experience Preferred
- Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in confined spaces
- Able to work in confined spaces
- Ability to read and understand the drawings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Wage**: $30-35

**Schedule**: 8 hours shift (40 to 50 hrs) in a week, Daytime, Monday-Friday
