**Opportunity**:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee and coordinate daily warehousing activities, ensuring compliance with production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and proactive problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include ensuring the integrity of inventory data, particularly batch codes and expiry dates, through effective Warehouse Management System (WMS) usage.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate tracking of inventory, focusing on batch codes and expiry dates.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce operational and personnel policies and procedures.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction through excellence in shipping, receiving, dispatching, and quality of goods.
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy of inventory transactions and shipments.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
- Assign staffing levels and workload effectively.
- Resolve internal customer inquiries and issues.
- Train and coach employees, ensuring their proficiency in WMS and other relevant systems.
- Maintain comprehensive warehouse records, including equipment maintenance and safety checks.
- Conduct daily operational meetings, emphasizing safety and efficiency.
- Engage with customers to address concerns or resolve issues.
- Continuously improve work procedures and practices for optimal warehouse efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.

**Requirements**:

- College/University degree in related field
- 3-5 years experience leading a distribution facility
- Drive to succeed with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, sound business judgment and the capacity for continued growth and development
- Create and nurture a positive team environment, inspiring all teammates to do their best work to achieve the highest levels of customer and teammate satisfaction
- Experience with inventory control processes
- High aptitude for learning and operating warehouse management and related software systems
- Believes in personal growth and development, and continuous learning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $53,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
