Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard
- Build concrete forms for foundations and other concrete structures
- Perform carpentry work involving framing, roofing, finishing, and siding
- Restore and renovate structures by utilizing carpentry skills
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials
- Supervise onsite workers to provide direction as given my region manager
- Coordinate with suppliers for confirmation and delivery of materials
- Coordinate with office manager on any additional needs for billing, etc.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction drawings
- Expertise in various carpentry tasks including drywall installation, concrete forming, siding work, and concrete finishing
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and precision in all tasks performed
- Capability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
