Sales Representative

Splash of Colour Painting is actively hiring a new part-time individual to join our team as a Sales Rep. This is a flexible, fun and challenging position that offers personal development and commission based pay. We are looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable talking with new people.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arrive at meeting points promptly to get the day initiated
Understand and execute tasks and scripts in a timely and professional manner
Approach homeowners in a professional manner, and use people skills and communication to gather information and set appointments
Build rapport with homeowners in a timely manner to generate high quality leads that will ultimately become sales

PERSONALITY:
Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality with a strong work ethic
Willing to walk neighbourhoods, work independently, and work well with a team
Assertive, self-motivated, strong negotiation skills, and a results oriented mindset

QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Previous experience in canvassing, sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus, but not necessary
Highly organized and self-motivated
Quality conscious and detail-oriented
Must speak fluent English

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $20.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
