The Campus Child Care Cooperative of Guelph has been in operation since 1975. The centre is a not for profit, cooperative child care centre; mainly serving families employed at 1 Stone Road; the University of Guelph, as well as the general Guelph community. The centre is currently licensed for 70 children from infants to preschoolers.

The Child Care Supervisor will report directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for but not limited to maintaining all legislative requirements, policies, procedures and ensuring that all guidelines are followed at all times; adhering to the College of ECE’s Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, providing leadership to staff, supervision of staff, administrative duties and some financial duties, liaising with families and community partners, maintaining enrollment / wait list and ensuring that the highest quality of care is provided to the children and their families.

The minimum qualifications for this position include:

- College diploma in Early Childhood Education or a letter of equivalency issued by the Association of Early Childhood Educators Ontario
- Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators and in good standing
- Minimum two years as a Registered Early Childhood Educator
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR -C
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent knowledge of computers, software and various programs

The centre offers a comprehensive benefit package including RRSP plan (within applicable timelines).

**Salary**: $27.00-$29.90 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
