Sandblaster/pressure Washer

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Pressure Washer Technician to join our team. As a Pressure Washer Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining various surfaces using power washing equipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

**Duties**:

- Operate commercial pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces such as buildings, sidewalks, driveways, and vehicles
- Use hand tools and power tools to prepare surfaces for pressure washing
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment
- Assist with other custodial and facilities maintenance tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Experience in commercial cleaning or pressure washing is preferred
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures is a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and working in physically demanding conditions
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness
