What We Do:

- We provide landscaping and lawn care services to residential and commercial customers.
- Our crews travel to customers’ properties to provide various landscape services including mulching, river stone, grading, sodding, planting and small hardscape projects.

What you will do as a Landscape Foreman:

- Supervise a crew of 4-5 people to ensure that they are qualified to complete the task being asked of them and are able to do so in a timely manner.
- Ensure that your crew has all of the tools and materials necessary to complete the work scheduled for the day.
- Drive a company truck and trailer to various locations.
- Train new crew members and determine where their skills would fit best.
- Frequently communicate with customers to ensure that the work performed is consistent with the original quote.
- Document changes to the original quote as they arise and ensure that the customer is aware of additional charges.
- Interact with our CRM software to complete jobs and log time as well as materials for your crew.
- Help enforce and follow all safety procedures.
- Communicate all customer feedback to your supervisor.
- Complete daily checklists with well organized and detailed notes.
- Occasionally meet with customers to provide new quotes.
- Be on call for snow storms throughout the winter season.
- Operate a tractor or loader for snow removal

Landscape Foreman Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the landscaping industry
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a foreman in the landscaping industry
- Valid G Class driver's license with clean drivers abstract
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours (Including some weekends during busy periods)
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)

**Job Type**: Full Time

Required Education/Certification:

- Related Post-secondary education would be an asset

**Experience**:

- landscaping: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
