Job Title: Drone Pilot

Location: Metro Halifax

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Operate drones safely and efficiently complete each day’s tasks.

Ensure compliance with all Transport Canada regulations and guidelines for drone operations.

Conduct pre-flight checks and assess potential hazards before each flight.

Maintain and calibrate drones and equipment as required.

Communicate with clients and team members regarding project details and deadlines.

Analyze data collected during flights and provide insights and recommendations to clients.

**Requirements**:
Must hold an advanced drone license and be certified by Transport Canada.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a drone pilot in a professional setting.

Strong understanding of drone technology, regulations, and safety protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Must be a mature individual with a positive attitude.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Halifax, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- vehicle drivers license (required)
- advanced drone pilot's license (required)

Work Location: In person
