**Job Summary**

We're looking for a skilled regrind operator and finisher with great attention to detail to join the Tank team Your main job is grinding polyethylene, while also trimming and assembling parts, and other general duties as required by your immediate supervisor. While doing this, you will also be responsible for using the correct components and ensuring the quality of the parts that you assemble/finish before transferring them to the Shipping department for delivery to the customer.

**This job is for you if...**
- Able to lift up to and including 50 pounds
- Stand on your feet at least 10 hours a day
- Withstand a hot manufacturing environment for up to 12 hours per day

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain the regrind equipment, including using hand tools to trim pieces to the appropriate size for processing.
- Log all production as per instructions.
- Understand the paperwork that is required for each product in the work area.
- Help at other stations including molding and finishing.
- Communicate to the Supervisor if any problems or hold ups arise to ensure no late orders.
- You will ensure a clean and safe working area.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Education - high school education preferred
- Manufacturing experience - 1 year required - 3 years preferred

The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and peripheral vision.

**Salary**: From $18.72 per hour
