We are a local **Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing company based in Kelowna BC** and we are looking for a new member to join our team.

Not to brag but we're proud to say that most of those who have worked with us before have described it as the **"Best job they ever had"** and over the years we've put a ton of work in to keep it that way

If you're looking to make some money this fall while working outside on beautiful homes with an upbeat and positive team, than your job hunt stops here

Live Next Level is currently looking for someone in the “Technician Role”. This means that you will be going out on a truck and physically cleaning windows, gutters, and houses.

Customer service experience is a huge asset to have with this job as well as being down to earth and easy going.

The job generally runs monday through friday because we believe rest is a weapon and those weekends are important for recovery and time to get outside and be with family.

**Most of our team enjoys being active and spending time outside rock climbing, camping, playing sports, snowboarding, and travelling through the winter months.**

The technician role is also quite physical. It can be long days in the heat, 45 hour work weeks, heavy ladders, 45 foot carbon fiber extension poles, fall protection setup, and some chemical safety. I want to be as transparent as possible with you.

**Most importantly though, we are looking for someone who is humble, teachable, and gets along well with others. If you have a passion for learning and personal growth I believe you would thrive here.**

One more thing I should mentionthis job typically runs from March through to the start of December so there are a couple slow months in the winter. Many of our technicians go on unemployment insurance or part time hours. Some take the winter off to travel.
- Here’s an example of a typical work day:_

7:30am - Team meeting (We go over the days work, chat about the previous day, enjoy a coffee together, and problem solve any pressing issues)

8am till 4ish - You will work in a team of two and go out and clean windows, gutters, and houses.

We use an online scheduling software so your schedule will be available on an app on your phone. In general you are usually at around 3-5 job locations or houses per day.

Some days go well but others can be tough and you are required to work late to finish the day if need be.

**Now of course, we do have some REQUIREMENTS for this Awesome Opportunity**
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Clean Criminal Record since we are in Residential Homes Daily
- Must have an active Smartphone with Data as you will be required to use your own phone to download and use our scheduling software
- Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to work at heights ranging from 20-40 feet at times. (Company training and safety is provided and we dont expect you to be comfortable day 1 although if you have experience with heights this is a massive advantage)
- You have to be a team player and get along with all personality types
