Spa Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Spa Associate to join our team. As a Spa Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring a smooth operation of the spa. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa's booking system
- Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Perform basic math calculations for cash transactions and retail sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of retail products
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a positive client experience
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash transactions and retail sales
- Experience in retail sales is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized attention to clients
- Bilingual skills (English and [LANGUAGE]) is an asset
- Organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain an orderly reception area
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$21.95 per hour
