We look for individuals that are self motivated, love to have fun at work, care about culture, treating team members like family and who enjoy working on pools, hot tubs, and other water features.

This position is for highly organized and customer centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous pool service experience is an asset and basic maintenance and customer service skills are necessary. This is a great opportunity to develop alongside a fast growing company.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Completing pool services for customers on their pools, hot tubs, or other water features
- Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
- Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
- Representing Puddle Pool Services in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise
- Driving the van to and from each job
- Planning and managing the job site

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in the pool maintenance industry can range from novice to pro
- Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the pool services industry
- Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
- Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
- A strong work ethic and highly dependable
- Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
- Cell phone to run the app.
- Driver's license is required. With an accident free driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$46,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Signing bonus
- Tips

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Drivers License (required)
