We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** who possesses the knowledge, experience, and confidence to professionally engage and interact with key stakeholders and all related construction industry personnel. As the Project Manager, you will coordinate all estimating, planning, and development staff to safely execute the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule, and budget.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for aspects of project execution, client interaction, and sub-trade coordination
- Prepare tender package, invite contractors, review and analyze bid submissions with the estimator group, issue letter of award and prepare contracts
- Make site visits and retain outside resources when appropriate to manage the project, schedule, budget and quality of workmanship
- Formulate and present overview on project status, debrief and update executive management and stakeholders on all aspects of a project
- Weekly monitoring and maintenance of project construction schedule
- Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control
- Monitor and control all construction related expenditures
- Ensure all municipal inspections are performed
- Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 5+ years of construction and/or engineering related background and experience, ideally 3+ years in the leasehold sub-sector
- Heavy emphasis on the collaboration with engineers, architects, sub-trades, provincial and municipal regulatory bodies
- Proven track record of project close out with resolution of any outstanding client issues
- Solid understanding of construction methodology
- Proven ability to lead both site/client meetings
- Strong reputation for implementing and abiding by health and safety regulations
- Experience with assembly of bid documents and tenders for the estimating process
- Knowledge of and experience with quantity take off and unit pricing
- Excellent communication skills

**Salary**: $110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
