- Minimum 3 years Serving experience
- Full time, open availability
- Detailed knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
- Knowledge of mixology; creating and crafting balanced cocktails
- Understanding of classic cocktail methods and bar tools
- Knowledge of Classic Cocktail recipes
- Previous experience leading a team

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mix and serve drinks following set standard recipes
- Provide cocktail, wine, beer and menu suggestions to guests
- Ability to serve guests/tables while making drinks for the restaurant
- Attention to detail and adherence to cash handling procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Oversee scheduling of the Bartenders
- Creating and evolving the cocktail list
- Ensuring all Bartenders' performance meets expectations
- Assist with inventory and inventory control
- Daily and weekly cleaning/stocking duties to maintain the bar area and restaurant
