**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced **Site Superintendent**to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional results on our tenant improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate trades and sub-trades, and act as the face of our company, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the project.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the daily site operations, ensuring tasks are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve design issues, manage changes, and address material and equipment needs.
- Monitor and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Supervise and mentor on-site staff, providing clear direction and feedback.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials in alignment with project requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and trades.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, policies, and procedures on-site.
- Conduct deficiency walk-throughs, manage close-out documentation, and ensure seamless post-construction handovers.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in construction site supervision, particularly in tenant improvement or general contracting projects.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, trades, consultants, and team members.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of building codes, step codes, and sustainable construction practices.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional demeanor.
