Veterinary Receptionist

Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the practice management system
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed
- Process payments and handle financial transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital is preferred
- Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and equipment is desired

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including practice management software

**Salary**: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
