Automotive Parts Specialist

Whitecourt Ford is looking for an experienced Parts Professional to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced parts counter person who is capable of working independently and has the desire to take on more responsibility.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Billing out parts and providing quotes for the Service Department, Wholesale accounts, and Customers
- Completing phone orders for both customers and wholesale accounts
- Provide exceptional service to, internal customers including technicians, service advisors, and sales people
- Attention to detail with the ability to review repair and parts orders to ensure parts accuracy.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous automotive parts counter experience
- Previous Ford experience preferred
- Journeyman Parts Red Seal an asset
- PBS experience preferred
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Must have wholesale Body shop counter sales experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
