**Role Summary**:
To perform loader/demoulding operations within standard cycle time.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Load material fabric/vinyl trim covers onto moulds within standard cycle time

Demould foam pads from demould station within cycle time.

Invert foam pads as required.

Present foam pass to vision system for prodcution recording.

Convey foam pads through crusher.

Trim excess foam flash from pads as well as cleaning molds as needed.

Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Follows Operation Description Sheets (ODS) and packaging instructions.

Conforms to all TS 16949/IATF Specifications.

Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and to the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Report to the Supervisor the existence of any hazards which could endanger himself, herself or any other worker.

Participate in all safety training conducted by the company.

other duties as assigned.

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Grade 12 or equivalent. Good communication skills. Previous experience in a production operation an asset. Must be able to discern color’s and shades and perform within standard cycle time.**

**Must be available on Monday, Friday and Saturdays as required. Shift work.**

**Preference goes to Students in a recognized College or University.**
