**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The OT Network Security Administrator, is a key member of the Information Security Operations Team responsible for overseeing and managing the OT security infrastructure and systems across the enterprise. This role will work closely with various departments to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information and technology assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective security strategies to protect our critical OT assets across multiple locations in Canada and the United States.

**Location: Scarborough, Ontario**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead the design and implementation of secure OT network architectures, including industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective OT network security solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses specific to OT networks to identify potential security gaps and develop mitigation strategies.
- Design and implement secure network segmentation, access controls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems for OT environments.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Implement and maintain security technologies and tools for monitoring, logging, and incident response in OT networks.
- Collaborate with operations teams to develop incident response plans and conduct regular OT network security drills and exercises.
- Stay up to date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends in OT security, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to junior members of the security team and contribute to their professional development.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related major.
- Cybersecurity designation (CISSP or CISM or Security+) preferred.
- 8+ years’ experience as a OT Network Security Administrator or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., GICSP, CISSP, OSCP) will be an asset.
- Proven experience as a Security Engineer/Architect with a focus on OT network security, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of OT network protocols, technologies, and best practices (e.g., Modbus, OPC, DNP3, IEC 62443).
- Experience in designing and implementing security solutions for OT networks, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security event management platforms.
- Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements specific to OT networks, such as NERC CIP, IEC 62443, and other relevant standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide practical security solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
