Timeacu Clinic is a well-established clinic with locations in Coquitlam and Chilliwack, BC. Our team of educated professionals aims to take care of the whole individual, providing support from pre-injury to post-recovery. We strive to eliminate the inconvenience of clinic-hopping with our collaborative practice.

Role Description

This is a full-time or part time on-site role for a Registered Massage Therapist and R. Acupuncturist located in Coquitlam, BC.

The Registered Massage Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic massages, including shiatsu, body massage and stress management. The RMT will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, and collaborating with other practitioners in our clinic to build effective treatment plans for patients.
- Provide Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatments to patients
- Conduct thorough assessments and consultations to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Administer acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, and other TCM therapies
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients on TCM principles and provide lifestyle recommendations for optimal health
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

**Qualifications**:
For RMT,
- Must have a valid Registered Massage Therapy designation
- Demonstrated ability to provide therapeutic massage, including shiatsu, body massage and stress management
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Experience in a clinic setting is a plus
- Additional certifications in related areas such as sports massage, myofascial release, or deep tissue massage are desirable

For R. acupuncturist,
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and practices
- Proficient in acupuncture techniques and point selection
- Ability to create customized herbal formulas based on patient needs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and explain treatment plans
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining patient records
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $60.00-$130.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 40 per week
