Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Powersports Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical equipment. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure the safe and efficient operation of our customer's machinery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble, install, and repair mechanical equipment according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide timely solutions
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns

**Skills**:

- Highschool diploma
- Valid drivers license
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair or similar field
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing customer service
