**Location: 2225 Eagle Street North, Cambridge, ON**
**Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm with occasional evenings around month-end.**
**Compensation: $45,000-50,000 per year**
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Process timely and accurate bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salary and commission employees for multi companies, approximately 500 employees
- Process month-end commission and bonuses for commissioned Employees and Department/Store Managers
- Maintain and track bi-monthly draws for all sales staff
- Maintain and track all vacation payouts and time allotments
- Process employee Time & Attendance data from the PBS timeclock and reconcile variances
- Maintain daily hours for all hourly staff, ensuring daily punch ins and out are correct in a timely manner
- Calculate and reconcile all flat rate hours for technicians
- Provide administrative support to employees regarding their payroll, vacation, etc.
- Work closely with the HR Manager in administrating payroll requirements
- Perform all year end related tasks and reconciliations (T4’s)
- Maintain spreadsheets and required tracking for all absences and vacations
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- University Degree or College Diploma in Business or Communications is considered an asset
- PCP Designation consider an asset
- Minimum 2 years experience in payroll administration position
- Knowledge and understanding of a draw system
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Video Conferencing Platforms
- Experience in the Automotive industry is considered an asset
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and changing needs
- Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a willingness to “wear multiple hats”
- Self-initiative and proactive
