We are searching for a remarkable, passionate person who will help execute against our bilingual (French & English) content-first marketing strategy and assist our team for translation needs.

**About the Role & Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Bilingual Marketing Specialist supports content creation in both French and English for CTA marketing initiatives. Day to day operations are conducted in English, however the Bilingual Marketing Specialist will be the lead for all French content creation and liaison with French members and clients. The Bilingual Marketing Specialist will also support other departments on special projects and business development efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write engaging social media, website, blog, and consumer/industry newsletter content in both French and English
- Develop marketing collateral and other written materials, ensuring brand guidelines are met
- Embark on regular content marketing trips in various destinations and execute marketing deliverables as outlined
- Manage content calendar and paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
- Work with internal teams to help develop and monitor marketing strategies
- Capture and create photography and videography content for use in various marketing initiatives
- Work with the CTA member community (destinations, restaurants, purveyors, etc.) to execute member marketing benefits and gather relevant content for CTA channels
- Other duties as reasonably required

**Qualifications**:

- Full professional proficiency in French and English is required. Being a Native French speaker and full fluency an asset.
- Based in Ontario with a valid G-class driver’s license and access to your own reliable vehicle; ability to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends as necessary
- Sound knowledge of brand marketing, communications, and design
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Strong community management skills
- Post-secondary education an asset. A combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social media and social media advertising
- Superior written and oral communication skills in French and English
- Strong relationships with Ontario’s tourism industry are an asset
- Experience with a DSLR camera for photography and videography an asset
