**Role Overview**: We are seeking a highly skilled Millwork Installer to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the flawless installation of cabinetry and millwork, ensuring every detail reflects our high standards. Your expertise will help us deliver outstanding results and drive our projects to success, guided by key performance metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Flawless Installation**:Execute cabinet and millwork installations with unmatched precision and care, adhering to design specifications.
- **Detailed Measurements**: Conduct meticulous on-site measurements and makenecessary adjustments to ensure perfect fit and finish.
- **Proactive Problem-Solving**:Address and resolve installation challenges promptly toensure smooth project progress.
- **Clear Communication**:Maintain effective communication with builders, team members,and clients to ensure alignment and project success.
- **Schedule Management**:Adhere to project schedules, with flexibility to work overtimewhen needed to meet deadlines.
- **Performance Reporting**:Provide insightful progress reports, utilizing performance metrics to drive and demonstrate your success.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**:Minimum of 5 years of experience in cabinet and millwork installation, showcasing a track record of high-quality work.
- **Certifications**:Valid Class 5 driver’s license and Level 1 First Aid certification.
- **Tools**:Possess a comprehensive set of installation tools.
- **Skills**:Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, independence, and a commitment toexcellence.
- **Attributes**:Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a dedication to superior craftsmanship.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- **Hourly Rate**: $30-$40, commensurate with experience.
