En collaboration avec le gérant, l’assistant gérant a comme responsabilité de superviser et d’exécuter l'approvisionnement et la mise en marché de la boutique de façon à optimiser la qualité des produits et services demandés par les consommateurs. Vous mobilisez votre équipe à la mise en œuvre d'un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.

Responsabilités:

- Assister le ou la gérant/e de la pharmacie dans ses activités quotidiennes
- Planifier, distribuer et superviser le travail à effectuer aux employés sous sa responsabilité
- Assurer un service à la clientèle exemplaire
- Voir à l’ouverture et à la fermeture et veiller au bon fonctionnement ainsi qu’à la propreté de la pharmacie
- Assurer la formation des employés
- S’assurer du maintien des standards d’opération de la succursale

Compétences et connaissances:

- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent
- 2 ans d’expérience en gestion
- Bonne connaissance des opérations en pharmacie
- Excellentes aptitudes pour l'organisation et la planification
- Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles
- Sens développé du service à la clientèle
- Bonne connaissance de la langue française et connaissance de base de la langue anglaise
- Connaissances en informatique
- Être disponible les jours, soirs et fins de semaine

Scolarité:
Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) - Terminé

Expérience:
1 à 2 ans d’expérience

Langue française:
Connaissance de base

Langue anglaise:
Aucune connaissance
