Laurus Lifestyles cherche à combler deux (2) postes de responsable régional pour les opérations des camps d'été.

Pendant la saison des camps, ils seront responsables de superviser les opérations des camps de leur région et seront le premier point de contact pour leurs directeurs d'emplacement.

**Responsabilités**:
**HORS SAISON (DE SEPTEMBRE À MI-JUIN)**
- Créer et être en charge de l'accueil des directeurs de site;
- Collaborer avec les spécialistes de l'acquisition de talents pour recruter les directeurs de site;
- S'occuper de la constitution de l'équipe de gestion des camps;
- Faire des suivis réguliers avec les directeurs de sites (répondre à leurs questions et les guider);
- Collaborer avec le coordinateur du programme et le coordinateur de l'inventaire;
- Superviser la collaboration entre les directeurs d'emplacement et les chefs de département (service à la clientèle et marketing).

**SAISON DE CAMP (DE LA Mi-JUIN À LA FIN D'AOÛT - 9 semaines)**
- S'assurer du bon fonctionnement de chaque site par les directeurs;
- Être le contact d'urgence des directeurs de site de votre région;
- Être le deuxième point de contact pour les parents si les directeurs de site ne peuvent pas gérer certaines situations;
- Voyager depuis chaque site.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience de travail dans un camp d'été ou tout autre environnement impliquant des enfants;
- Expérience dans un poste de gestion;
- Avoir un permis de conduire valide;
- Être capable de se déplacer entre les différents sites du camp;
- Être capable de passer une vérification des antécédents criminels;
- Anglais (obligatoire);
- Français (atout)

**About the role**:
Laurus Lifestyles is looking to fill two (2) Regional Manager positions for the Summer Camp Operations.

During camp season, they will be responsible for overseeing the camp operations of their region and be the first point of contact for their Location Directors.

**Responsibilities**:
**OFF SEASON ( FROM SEPT TO MID-JUNE)**
- Create and be in charge of onboarding location directors.
- Collaborate with Talent acquisition specialists to hire location directors.
- In charge of building the management team of camps.
- Make regular follow-ups with location directors (answer their questions and guide them).
- Collaborate with program coordinator and inventory coordinator.
- Oversee the collaboration between location directors and head of department (customer service and marketing).

**CAMP SEASON (FROM MID-JUNE TO END OF AUG - 9 weeks)**
- Make sure every location is being run smoothly by the directors.
- Be the emergency contact of location directors of your region.
- The second point of contact for parents if location directors can’t handle certain situations.
- Travel from each location.

Qualifications:

- Experience working in a summer camp or any other environment involving children.
- Experience in a management position.
- Have a valid driving license.
- Be able to commute between different camp locations.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check.
- English (required)
- French (asset)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
