Vos responsabilités
- Le guide principal dirige, renforce et motive une équipe de défenseurs de la marque, en veillant à ce que le client bénéficie toujours de la meilleure expérience possible, dans le droit fil de l’objectif et des valeurs de notre marque. Le guide principal travaille en étroite collaboration avec le directeur et le directeur adjoint du magasin pour maximiser la rentabilité en s’assurant que l’engagement des clients, le marchandisage, les opérations et le lien avec la communauté restent cohérents et conformes aux normes de l’entreprise. Vous jouerez un rôle actif dans votre propre développement pluridisciplinaire au moyen des rotations trimestrielles du DOR de la marque et du programme de formation au leadership par modules.

Comment pouvez-vous changer la donne- Expérience de la marque/expérience du client: encadrer le personnel et renforcer ses capacités pour qu’il dépasse ses objectifs de productivité individuels et ceux du magasin; encadrer le personnel et renforcer ses capacités pour qu’il fournisse un service exceptionnel à la clientèle en créant une base de clients fidèles, en comprenant les besoins des clients et en engageant les clients dans une conversation autour des produits, des activités et de la communauté locale de The North Face; agir en tant qu’encadreur de l’expérience client (Directeur de garde) et superviser la couverture et les activités de rayon, y compris l’ouverture et la fermeture du magasin aux horaires prévus; atteindre les objectifs de productivité individuels.-
- Équipe de formation et d’encadrement: en partenariat avec le directeur du magasin, apporter le leadership nécessaire pour garantir une formation approfondie et un développement continu du personnel du magasin en matière d’engagement vis-à-vis de la clientèle et de tous les programmes, politiques et procédures de l’entreprise; participer au développement du parcours professionnel des directeurs adjoints de magasin et des guides principaux; œuvrer de concert avec le directeur principal du magasin pour veiller à ce que le personnel bénéficie d’un encadrement et d’une rétroaction spécifiques et immédiats; surveiller et garantir la conformité à toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise et communiquer/éduquer tous les membres de l’équipe; favoriser un environnement propice au développement et à la responsabilisation-
- Opérations: prêter assistance au directeur du magasin dans l’atteinte de tous les objectifs financiers et opérationnels, y compris pour le contrôle des dépenses, la prévention des pertes, les audits du magasin et les rapports hebdomadaires; contribuer à la création et au maintien de relations positives avec les employés en formant, en développant et en dirigeant une équipe de qualité dans le magasin.-
- Marchandisage visuel: collaborer avec le directeur de magasin à la mise en œuvre des directives de marchandisage visuel et établir des normes conformes aux stratégies de la marque de l’entreprise; veiller à ce que la marchandise du rayon des ventes soit réapprovisionnée de façon appropriée.-
- Prévention des pertes, sécurité et conformité: collaborer avec le directeur du magasin pour veiller à la conformité et au respect des politiques et des procédures, des normes et des pratiques, ainsi que des directives de l’entreprise.
