**LE RÔLE**:
Le gestionnaire de la planification et de l’analyse financières (FP&A) travaillera avec le directeur financier de FP&A pour superviser la planification et la budgétisation de l’entreprise, la planification financière intégrée, la gestion et les rapports de rendement, ainsi que les prévisions et la modélisation.

**LES RESPONSABILITÉS**:
**1. Budget / Prévisions / Cycle stratégique**
Travailler avec les chefs d’entreprise dans l’élaboration et la surveillance du budget annuel et des prévisions financières régulières ;Soutenir le plan à long terme grâce à l’analyse financièreAnalyser et rendre compte des écarts budgétaires et prévisionnels ; Mettre en place des outils de BI pour automatiser le processus de budgétisation/prévision

**2. Contrôle des coûts**

Travailler avec le groupe Industrie et chaîne d’approvisionnement pour définir et mettre en œuvre le contrôle des coûts de fabrication à l’échelle mondiale.Fournir des informations et des stratégies commerciales pour surveiller la rentabilité et la création de valeur pour l’entreprise ;Agir en tant que partenaire des leaders fonctionnels en fournissant des analyses financières utiles et un suivi des indicateurs clés de performance ;Avec les DAF locaux, piloter le calcul et la validation des business cases associés à l’ensemble des investissements (Capex, R&D, M&A...

**3. Clôture mensuelle**
Fournir l’analyse et valider les états financiers du groupe pour la clôture mensuelle/trimestrielle/annuelle.Préparer divers rapports analytiques et de gestion (chiffre d’affaires, mesures de rentabilité, tableau de bord, KPI, etc.) ;

**4. Digitalisation / Outils informatiques**
Participer à l’optimisation des processus et des systèmes financiers ;Mise en place du P&L divisionnaire au niveau du Groupe Feuille de route de numérisation de la fonction FP&A du groupe Smardt.

**LES QUALIFICATIONS**:
Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en finance, en comptabilité ou dans un domaine pertinentMinimum de 5 à 10 ans d’expérience pertinenteL’exposition au contrôle des coûts de fabrication est obligatoireConnaissance approfondie de la législation et des pratiques financièresConnaissance approfondie des normes et pratiques PCGR/IFRSConnaissance pratique de la suite Microsoft et des logiciels de gestion financière, y compris (Navision, Power BI, Cube ou similaire)Précision dans le calcul et la gestion des nombresUn français d’exception

**THE ROLE**:
The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will work with the Finance Director of FP&A to oversee the corporate planning and budgeting, integrated financial planning, management and performance reporting, and forecasting and modeling.

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Budget / Forecast / Strategic Cycle**
- Work with business leaders in the development and oversight of the annual budget and regular financial forecasts;
- Support long term plan with Financial Analysis
- Analyze and report on budget and forecast variances;
- Implement BI tools to automate the Budget/Forecast process

**Cost Controlling**
- Work with the Industry & Supply chain group to define and implement Manufacturing costs control globally
- Provide business insights and strategies to monitor profitability and value creation for the business;
