Boutique Manager

**About us**

Interior Matters is an interior design studio + boutique in Sherwood Park, AB. We are professional, creative, and collaborative. We strive to create a shopping experience that offers luxury, comfort and beauty.

We are looking for someone that is professional, design driven and has extensive retail management experience. The successful candidiate will be extremely organized, outgoing and able to multitask and keep us running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, price and display products
- Oversee daily operations
- Assist with ordering
- Maintain stock levels and organization of warehouse
- Merchandising
- Oversee the inventory of the boutique.
- Assist designers as needed
- Assist with social media
- Interact with customers to create a wonderful shopping experience

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sherwood Park, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
