**Key Responsibilities**
- Work independently and with other estimators to prepare accurate and detailed estimates.
- Read project specifications and contract documents.
- Assist with and prepare the full on-screen quantity take-off of all labor, equipment, and materials as per project specifications.
- Receive, review and enter sub-trade and supplier pricing in a detailed and organized manner.
- Prepare bid package for transfer to Project Manager upon job award.
- Prepare detailed billing breakdowns on successful projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Grow and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, consultants, and clients to achieve the project goals and vision;
- Get creative and think outside the box to come up with innovative solutions and opportunities;
- Color outside the lines and look beyond plans and specifications;
**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Experience with reading and interpreting large-scale project drawings and bid specifications.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and codes.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and organization skills, and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient user of Excel and other software programs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $51,805.00-$58,720.00 per year
