**SeedGrowth Specialist**

This is a full-time, field-based client-facing permanent position supporting the Southern Saskatchewan region, stretching south of Highway 1 to the Saskatchewan border.

**What you will do**:

- Provide technical expertise of key seed and soil-borne diseases / pests that are a concern for cereal, oilseed and pulse crops impacting early-season crop establishment
- Lead relationship development with commercial seed treaters; including representing complete Bayer portfolio
- Analyze sales and understanding market trends to develop and implement initiatives to drive Bayer sales in close collaboration with regional sales colleagues
- Develop targeted strategies to drive sales with retails and commercial seed treaters
- Work with Marketing Managers in the development and delivery of marketing information, strategy, materials and communications
- Support regional sales group on management of Product Inquiries relating to Bayer Crop Science SeedGrowth products

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or relevant related field
- P. Ag designation, Certified Crop Science Consultant or Certified Crop Advisor designation
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Agronomy, Crop Protection or related field
- Broad understanding of the Western Canadian crop production business, with more specific knowledge of the commercial treater, retail channel and growers
- Strong leadership, collaboration, client facing and communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure independently and within a team environment
- Ability to travel throughout Western Canada and sales region by both air and ground transportation
- In addition to the above, sales experience is preferred
